1. Is there a large range of goods in the store? Is it possible to come and try on the item without making an order?

 

The store has a very large range of dresses and casual clothes. There are more than 1,000 evening and cocktail dresses, more than 300 casual suits, tops and other goods in stock. The store is open on weekdays from 11:00 to 19:00, on Saturdays from 12:00 to 17: 00. Moreover, if you do not find a suitable outfit available, you can order something else (a different size, color or style). Our consultants will be happy to help you choose the item which appeals you the most. 2. Can I return the item if it doesn`t fit me?

 

If you made an order online, you have the right to return or exchange it within 14 days from the date of the receipt of the goods provided that the look of the goods is maintained and they have not been worn. In case of exchange, delivery is free.

Goods purchased directly from our store in T / C Basteja Pasāža are non-refundable and non-exchangeable! Please, before buying, choose the size and style of the selected item carefully!

 

3.  How can I understand whether the item is in stock or it should be ordered?

 

If the information page of the selected product in the column "AVAILABILITY" shows the dates of delivery (for example, delivery March 30 - April 4), or delivery dates are shown when you select the size, it means that the goods are not in stock and the delivery of this item will be carried out within the specified time.

If the information page of the selected product in the column "AVAILABILITY" shows “IN STOCK", it means that the product is in our store. All goods that are in our store in Riga can be seen in the column

“IN STOCK" on our website.

Please, take into account the fact that in the store we usually have clothes in only one or two sizes!

 

4. How long do I need to wait for the order?


Delivery time is 2-3 weeks after invoice payment.

If the goods are in stock, the delivery time is 1-3 working days after invoice payment

 

5. Does the shipping cost include one item or the entire order?


 The specified shipping price is the price for the entire order, regardless the number of items ordered.

For example:

1) You ordered one dress with the delivery to Bauska by Express courier. The shipping cost will be 3 EUR.

 2) You ordered one dress, a pair of shoes and a swimming suit to Bauska by Express courier. The shipping cost remains the same EUR 3.

 

 6. Do I need to make an advance payment when ordering goods with the type of delivery "Receiving an order in the store"?

 

When ordering goods with the type of delivery "Receiving the order in the store", you must make a pre-payment of EUR 7.

This service is available for orders not exceeding EUR 100. If you order exceeds EUR 100, the full amount of the invoice must be paid in advance. EUR 7 is a guarantee amount, which is returned to the customer if the product does not fit, does not appeal and the exchange has not been chosen.

 

7. Can another person receive an order instead of me?


Yes. But in this case, you will not be able to return the goods, because the receipt of the order in the store is provided for you to try it on and make sure that the goods fit you. It is possible to exchange for any other goods. Refund in this case is not possible.

Most of the manufacturers of our products are located in Europe. We choose only trusted partners for cooperation, who provide high quality products!
